Fire Inside by Kristen Ashley

In the second book of the Chaos series about the motorcycle club Chaos, we get to read Lanie and Hop's story.

I've been excited about this book since I read Tyra and Tack's and Tabby and Shy's books, waiting to see how it started and finally to see Lanie happy.

Fire Inside did not disappoint. It was a beautiful story of the not so pretty side of life and what happens when you find that perfect person who just flat out gets you. Hop was there for Lanie and helped her realize that she deserved a good guy, she deserved to move on with her life, and she deserved love. He showed her this by being there, being good to her and helping her overcome her own internal struggles.

The thing I love most about Kristen Ashley's books is that they all include the whole family, you don't lose sight of other characters just because their personal story is over. It was fun to see the Tabby/Shy incidents from different perspectives. It was good to see Tack and Tyra and how they played out in the Lanie and Hop situation.

Fire Inside was a wonderful story and it was definitely the type of love Lanie deserved after all she'd endured in her past.

I cannot wait for more of the Chaos books so I can revisit Lanie and Hop and also discover more about the rest of the group.

Fire Inside by Kristen Ashley gets 4 stars.
