When B and I met it revolved around a literary mess, quite literally. We've both always felt somewhat out of place in our families for various reasons, including our love of reading, writing and all things literary. Our families to this day DO NOT GET US. Thus we are still misfits. But through literary works, we found each other and we can be misfits together.
Only a select few in our inner crazy circle completely understand our lack of "fitting in" with most of our family and peers.
